General Terms and Conditions of Cloud7 Capital Group

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the yacht charter services provided by Cloud7 Capital via our website. By booking a yacht or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 A deposit of 50% of the charter fee is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the charter start date.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing or per call.
3.2 If cancellation occurs:

More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus administrative fee.
30 days before departure: 50% of the total charter fee is refunded.
Less than 30 days before departure: no refund.

4. Charter Conditions
4.1 The charterer must comply with all maritime laws and regulations.
4.2 The yacht must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1 All yachts are insured against marine risks.
5.2 Cloud7 Capital is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the charter.
5.3 The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse.

6. Skipper and Crew
6.1 If a skipper or crew is provided, they remain under the authority of Cloud7 Capital.
6.2 The skipper has the right to terminate the charter if safety is compromised due to the charterer’s behavior.

7. Force Majeure
Cloud7 Capital shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions.

9. Governing Law
